Parallel Processing Vision: Managing multiple feature streams and epics simultaneously without sacrificing speed or quality
Proof-of-History Backlog: Creating a crystal-clear immutable sequence of priorities that the entire development tribe can trust and follow
Sea level Execution: Defining a product strategy that allows multiple independent teams (like parallelized runtimes) to ship value concurrently
Turbine Communication: Diffusing the product vision and stakeholder updates efficiently across the entire organization without bottlenecks
Gulf Stream User Value: Anticipating market needs and pre-positioning the product pipeline for instant value delivery
