Inherent Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 6 yearsin an HR Generalist role on middle management level
- Proven proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong analytical skills and strategic HR advisory experience
- Experience within the agricultural environment is compulsory and good understanding of the agricultural industry and its people
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance & Compliance (Data Integrity)
- Recruitment Management
- Compensation & Reward Strategy
- Employment Equity monitoring and Implementation
- Talent Development & Performance Management
- Industrial Relations (in collaboration with IR Specialist)
- HR Reporting & Analytics
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of the grain value chain and its people dynamics
- Strategic thinker with hands-on HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
