RPO Recruitments client a reputable and long-standing building contractor based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking qualified and skilled Site Manager/Agent to join their dynamic team as soon as possible.

The Site Agent/Site Manager will oversee daily site operations ensure project milestones are achieved and maintain high standards of safety quality and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge excellent communication skills and the ability to manage subcontractors resources and timelines effectively.

Requirements:

• BTech in Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Agent or Site Manager role within the building construction sector
• Strong knowledge of building processes SANS codes and health and safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors labour and suppliers
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software beneficial
• Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanour and ability to build strong relationships
• Proactive solution-driven and reliable
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
