Job Summary

Submit the color licensing documents to the Department of Information and Communications
Arrange anticounterfeit stamp to customers.
Liaising with dealers for shipping documents including packing list delivery report CO re-export certificate of manufacture CO/CQ customer clearance invoice
Providing Accounting with original docs for payment process
File shipping documents including shipping arrival original documents
Prepare and provide the delivery documents for direct sales.

Requirements

Education: preferred in business/supply chain management/logistics-related field
Work experience: No
Computer skill: Microsoft office
Good command in writing and speaking English
Details oriented hardworking results oriented and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Carefully good at numbers and excel
