HR intern Responsibilities:
1. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
2. Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening interviews onboarding).
4. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
5. Assisting in the planning of company events.
6. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
7. Coordinating new hire orientations.
8. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies employee benefits and other HR-related matters.
HR Intern Requirements:
1. The ability to work as part of a team.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented.
