Hiring for the post of Production Head/ Production Manager

Experience: Min 5 Years inCNCMachines Shop

Education: DME / BE Mechanical

JOBPROFILE:-

Heading machine shop operations including M/C Utilization planning production in-process quality new development and maintenance.
Leading the production and Process quality team of CNC shop whichhouses sophisticated CNC Drilling/Router machines to achieveproductivity quality and delivery and cost targets
Supporting the new product development team to develop new product meeting designs for manufacturing lead time processcapability and cost targets.
Continuous improvements by cycle time reduction set- up timereduction and operation simplification.
TPM
Production MIS reporting
Training & Development of Team

KEYSKILL:-

KnowledgeaboutCNCProgramming&Supervision.
KnowledgeofoperatingandsettingofSPCPMChart.
KnowledgeofRADIALDRILL&another manual machine.
Knowledgeoffixturesetting.
KnowledgeofMAPALTOOL&TOOLINGSetting.
