Job Summary and Responsibilities
Responsible for performing patient evaluations reviewing pretreatment teaching recommending therapeutic intervention counseling patients and families and collaborating with appropriate physicians to provide other appropriate direct care interventions within the scope of practice for Nurse Practitioner in collaboration with the Program Director. Primary point of contact and assumes responsibilities for managing the care for patients.

Job Requirements
MINIMUM
3 years clinical experience in related area or specialty field.
state or Arizona RN license (RN)
Advance Practice Nurse license (LIC APN)
Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations:
NP-AACN
NP-AANP
NP-ANCC or
NP-PNCB
4. DEA registration (DEA)
5. American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (CT ACLS)
and
6. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)
