What Youll Do:
- Own day-to-day warehouse operations keeping inventory flowing from receiving to distribution.
- Receive store track and distribute products with accuracy and care.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to manage stock levels and improve turnover.
- Troubleshoot issues and keep daily workflows running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for everyone.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment ensuring accuracy completeness and correct labeling.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries and track shipments to completion.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to maintain high standards.
- Investigate and resolve product or shipment discrepancies with internal teams.
- Recommend process improvements to make the warehouse run even better.
- Help develop and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of warehouse construction distribution or related experience preferred but not required.
- Garage door installation/knowledge preferred.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional respectful and customer-focused in all interactions.
- Good communication skills: able to read speak and write in English.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and willing to learn company software.
