总机接听记录来电者基本信息或进行电话转接
前台电话接听内部电话的服务需求登记及跟进
会议室预定协助会议室预订及协调沟通
用车需求协助客户进行用车需求的沟通包括但不限于与租车公司的费用结算沟通后续事项的跟紧
邮包服务按流程进行邮包接收及寄出服务
文具管理含瓶装水文具领用服务支持盘点库存
lost&found管理失物登记及物品整理存储
校办席卡制作根据参会名单排版打印裁剪折叠制作
账单核对于每月初核对相关账单如车辆费用账单等
统计前台月度数据
团队工作支持helpdesk不在的时候backuphelpdesk电话接听
其他任务上级领导交办的其他各项任务
岗位要求
大专以上学历有国际学校服务中心客服涉外酒店前厅服务外贸客服等相关工作经验者尤佳
能熟练运用WORDEXCELPOWERPOINT等办公软件
具有良好的沟通协调能力乐观开朗服务意识强工作有热情
具有英文听说读写能力
