- Conduct daily on-site inspections of cleanliness within the assigned area. Upon identifying any cleaning issues promptly notify the cleaner or the cleaning service supervisor for corrective action and complete on-site inspection records.
- Ensure all daily inspection forms are fully completed before the end of each working day and archived together with the daily evaluation sheet.
- Communicate any new issues identified during the daily hygiene inspection with the cleaning service supervisor and properly document the meeting records.
- Be responsible for pest control management.
- Oversee and verify the daily completion status of weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Inspect each cleaners personal appearance and grooming and ensure cleaning procedures are performed correctly.
- Verify the attendance of cleaning staff during daily morning meetings and before the end of the workday and keep accurate attendance records.
- Conduct daily performance evaluations of the cleaning companys services and maintain proper documentation.
- Carry out temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
