Our client a leading technology company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Krakow this role you will have the opportunity to work on the CTO Product Catalogue a critical tool that serves as the central hub for technology products within the organisation.

Position Overview

As a Full Stack Development Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the CTO Product Catalogue. This digital assistant-like platform enables users to easily find and manage all aspects of technology products from their purpose to their roadmaps. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisations technology management processes.

Responsibilities

• Craft features that delight customers while adhering to the mantra: Go Faster Break Less Protect Production
• Lead engaging design reviews that foster collaboration and brainstorming
• Automate processes and develop scripts to streamline repetitive tasks
• Demonstrate curiosity about both the business and technology aspects of the role
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support a shared vision
• Develop talent within the team and create growth opportunities for junior members
• Stay at the forefront of evolving developer experiences through innovation and experimentation

Requirements

• Experience developing industry-leading products using the latest technologies
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and be productive from day one
• Solid knowledge of Vanilla JS React and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Capability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines code analysis tools security tools Jenkins Git and Confluence
• Self-motivated problem-solving mindset can-do attitude and high degree of personal integrity
