As a Receptionist at Crerar Hotels are you friendly efficient and motivated If you thrive as the welcoming face of the hotel and take pride in being the first point of contact youll be a perfect fit for our customer-focused reception team. Were looking for someone who excels at creating fantastic customer experiences with a professional appearance excellent communication skills and a strong phone manner. A can-do attitude and experience in the hospitality industry will give you a strong advantage. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service managing guest enquiries answering calls handling daily banking tasks and working with hotel booking and CRM systems. With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotels amenities youll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
