Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day/Night 3x12s
Travel Pay Range: $62$68/hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and adaptable Travel Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across multiple hospital units. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments administer medications monitor and interpret telemetry and document all care accurately. This position requires strong clinical judgment adherence to safety and quality standards and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered nursing care utilizing the full nursing process.
Conduct ongoing assessments monitor telemetry and document all findings in the EMR.
Serve as a resource or charge nurse as needed.
Maintain competency in clinical equipment and electronic charting systems.
Follow all safety infection control and regulatory protocols.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development.
Protect patient privacy and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active Massachusetts RN license required.
Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Recent acute-care Med/Surg experience within the last 2 years.
Must successfully pass facility pharmacology and arrhythmia examinations prior to start.
