At CGI we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on an international project.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- 6 years of hands-on experience in software development or automation engineering.
- Proficiency in Python for application development and process automation.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server experience preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) Azure experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices version control (Git) and testing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automation and application solutions using Python and related frameworks.
- Develop data-driven solutions leveraging SQL and database design best practices.
- Build integrations and automation scripts across systems to support fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate with architects analysts and DevOps teams to design and deploy scalable cloud-based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development testing and production environments.
- Optimize existing applications for performance reliability and scalability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to security quality and compliance standards in all development work.
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing in Java or exposure to Java-based systems.
- Familiarity with data engineering or ETL processes in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) or serverless architectures.
- Experience in fulfillment logistics or supply chain automation systems.
- Exposure to machine learning or AI-based automation frameworks.
