Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end weekly payroll processing for 150200 recruitment agency candidates
Handle payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism
Support with accounts receivable debt collection and reconciliations as the role develops
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Work across systems including Greentree MYOB and Easy AR
About You:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar payroll/accounts role
Confident communicator with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Able to manage high-volume processing with attention to detail
Team-oriented proactive and adaptable
Experience with MYOB Greentree or similar accounting systems
Ideally studying or planning to study CPA perfect for someone eager to grow and develop professionally
