Position Overview:
We are seeking a experienced personal injury attorney to join our prelitigation this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. You will diligently represent our clients interests and ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand negotiation and settlement
- Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues assess strengths and weaknesses and develop case strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates settlement offers and other relevant matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes regulations and case law
- Review work product including demand letters settlement agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-litigation processes
- May provide supervision guidance and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients opposing parties witnesses medical professionals law enforcement and colleagues in personal injury cases
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy integrity and professionalism
- Excellent research communication and negotiation skills
- This role is located at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence on-site.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $100k $200000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
