The mission of this full-time position is to assist our Advisors with obtaining required licenses registrations and carrier appointments to ensure compliance with all federal and state required regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests from Advisors Broker-Dealer Insurance Carriers and State Departments.
  • Submit all necessary forms to Broker-Dealer State Departments and National Association of Insurance Commissioners and Insurance Carriers as needed.
  • Track progress of submitted requests.
  • Follow up with all third parties by phone and email.
  • Maintain scanning of records.
  • Update status in company database.

Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in such things as composing typing and proofing materials establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Excellent initiative ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Knowledge of data gathering and reporting procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet changing deadlines.
  • Adaptive problem-solving skills to ensure excellent service.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong initiative to support team members with tasks and projects.

Education Training & Experience

  • Bachelors degree (preferred) associates degree (required)
  • Financial background or similar (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of general office experience (required)

Computer Equipment & Software

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Typing of at least 40 wpm

Working Conditions

  • Business professional office environment.
