Job Summary

Area: Outpatient / Phone Triage
Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for an exciting job in Oswego NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform phone triage assessing patient symptoms and determining appropriate care or follow-up actions.
Provide patient education and guidance based on medical history and presenting symptoms.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely communication and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and triage outcomes.
Occasionally assist with rooming patients or administering injections as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
Required: BLS certification
Strong communication critical thinking and multitasking skills in a fast-paced outpatient environment
