Role Responsibilities
Lead and manage the therapy department fostering collaboration and excellence in care
Mentor and support therapists and assistants promoting professional growth and engagement
Ensure efficient patient-centered operations and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee scheduling documentation productivity and quality assurance
Encourage innovative evidence-based approaches to therapy and functional recovery
Represent Greenfield Rehabilitation Agencys mission and values through compassionate leadership
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Wisconsin
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferredor a strong interest in developing leadership skills
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing or senior living settings

Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Wisconsin
Previous 1 years leadership or supervisory experience preferred (or strong interest in developing leadership skills)
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing or senior living setting
