DescriptionIn this role you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing operations contributing to the success and growth of the company by ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily production activities and manage production teams to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and monitor production schedules ensuring timely completion of production targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity reduce waste and improve quality.
This position will be for weekends Thursday to Monday 6:00am -6:30pm
ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in production management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze production data and make data-driven decisions.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
