BRIEF BACKGROUND
  • Hitachi Payment Services Pvt Ltd. (HPY) has been at the forefront of defining the payment space with the best-in-class offerings both in the Digital and Non-Digital space. (1.45 million POS Terminals processing 3 million digital transactions per day 64000 ATMs (inclusive of 26000 CRMs) and 9000 White Label ATMs)
PURPOSE OF JOB

The ATM Back Office Coordinator will be a part of ATM Deployment and Support Hub (For IAD & WLA) and is responsible for conducting Data validation of approved shops for ATM deployment ensuring clear possession of sites in stipulated time maintaining healthy relationships with franchise/shop owners coordinating with shop owners for uninterrupted power supply agreement and managing various back-office tasks to support ATM projects. This role requires data validation skills attention to detail and the ability to analyze data for identifying areas of improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Validation and Site Possession:

  • Conduct data validation of approved shops for ATM deployment ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Verify possession status of sites to initiate ATM deployment promptly.
  • Ensure possession quality to prevent delays or complications during the project.

2. Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with franchise/shop owners to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Address their concerns and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Coordinate with shop owners for the installation of permanent meters to ensure uninterrupted power supply for ATMs.

3. Security Deposit and Agreement Execution:

  • Collect security deposits from Franchisee within the stipulated timelines.
  • Coordinate with legal teams and shop owners to ensure timely execution of agreements before the ATM goes live with cash transactions.

4. Project Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated data of all running projects including shop details possession status agreements and security deposits.
  • Analyse project data to identify trends concerns and areas for improvement.
  • Publish project dashboards to provide visibility and transparency to stakeholders.

5. Analytical Skills:

  • Utilize data analytical skills to identify concern areas and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and analysis of project data to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for enhanced efficiency and success.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on ATM performance transaction volumes revenue Non Transacting ATM analysis and other KPIs.
  • Publish Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly management reports and review with Regional/Zonal Heads.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in back-office operations project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong data validation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of site acquisition & Franchise sourcing legal requirements and compliance standards for ATM deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with franchise/shop owners.
  • Ability to coordinate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to ATM deployments and agreements.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

  • Preference will be given to Local candidate with knowledge of Local languages
