Hours: 37.5 per week (Rotation of day and night shifts)
Contract: Permanent Full-Time

What Were Looking For

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
Completion of preceptorship (essential).
Strong communication empathy and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
Genuine passion for supporting young peoples mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe compassionate and person-centred care to young service users.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and recovery goals.
Support emotional and behavioural wellbeing through therapeutic interventions.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent high-quality care.
Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Contribute to a positive supportive environment where patients feel heard and valued.
