Position Description
As a Product Manager at PAR you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products driving both innovation and execution to deliver value to our customers. You will own the full product lifecyclefrom discovery to deliverycollaborating cross-functionally to ensure our solutions meet market needs while aligning with our strategic goals.
We are looking for a data-driven customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance short-term execution with long-term vision. You will be responsible for uncovering customer insights defining product requirements and working closely with engineering design and go-to-market teams to drive successful launches.

Entrees (Requirements)
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in SaaS or digital technology environments.
Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycles from concept through launch.
Strong customer and market understanding to inform strategic product decisions.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize features manage trade-offs and deliver results in agile cross-functional teams.
Comfort with data analysis performance metrics and informed decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills bridging technical and non-technical teams.
