How youll contribute

As a Front Desk Representative you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff responsibilities include:

• Ensuring thatall necessary demographic billing and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy
• Greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out process
• Collecting patient payments
• Verifying patient demographic and insurance information updating as needed
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Associate degree preferred

Requirements:

Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate skills include:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and courteously handle patient and family interactions with other staff.
• Technology proficiency: familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized and detail-oriented
