- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and revenue growth across all channels.
- Oversee and manage the brands communications ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all digital print and media platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns and initiatives to promote Anantara Desaru Coasts luxury offerings services and unique experiences focusing on key target markets.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align marketing activities and leverage global initiatives while adapting them for local relevance.
- Manage public relations efforts working with media outlets influencers and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and ensure Anantara remains a leader in the luxury hotel sector.
- Oversee budget planning allocation and performance reporting for all marketing and communications activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies partners and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in marketing marketing communication or any related field
At least 5 years experience in PR & marketing communication
Experienced in writing and editing proposals and publications.
Strong (written and verbal) communications skills.
Excellent English skills.
Ability to meet deadlines
