Main Responsibilities
- Sales Volume Management:
Handle monthly sales volumes exceeding 150 MT ensuring consistent growth and market penetration. - Geographical Coverage:
Manage operations across 46 districts focusing on high-density urban markets with complex distribution dynamics. - Distributor Management:
Navigate and optimize relationships with distributors in metro cities ensuring efficient supply chain and inventory control. - Range Selling:
Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of premium oils including sunflower groundnut and rice bran with a focus on value-based selling. - Key Account Development (HORECA):
Identify and engage with key accounts in the Hotels Restaurants and Catering (HORECA) segment ensuring professional handling regular follow-ups and seamless coordination. - Team Supervision:
Lead and supervise 46 Sales Representatives or Distributor Salesmen ensuring alignment with sales targets and operational excellence. - Retail Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Star Retail Outlets (SROs) and A-Class outlets negotiating shelf space listing fees and promotional visibility to enhance brand imagery. - Leadership Pipeline:
Serve as a potential candidate pool for future Area Sales Manager roles demonstrating leadership strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

Academics
- Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing prefer
