  • Ensures functional support given meets the operational needs of the assigned WFM employees.
  • Manages the relationship between WFM and operations.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for any operational concerns.
  • Ensures that WFM resources and processes have the correct number of operational resources.
  • Mentors WFM employees in technical skills and program-specific processes.
  • Optimizes WFM performance by exposing and addressing improvement opportunities.
  • Integrates additional operational WFM resources to resolve process challenges.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
