Role / Title: Territory In-charge
Reporting To: Territory Manager
Department: Services Inspections Retail
Location:
The Territory In-charge will be responsible for managing the end-to-end inspection process including lead monitoring coordination and quality checks and pricing of report. They will also be responsible for maintaining good client relationships and ensuring repeat business while increasing business share for their respective clients.
Monitor new lead flow for inspections from clients
Coordinate with client SPOC/manager to facilitate inspection & provide regular status updates as agreed
Run a quality check of valuation report by checking vehicle details and images.
Update the pricing of assets on valuation report by checking QC and market value and give price.
Maintain good client relationships to ensure repeat business and increase business share for their respective clients.
Conduct training for clients executive about our app.
solve clients issues regarding reports and valuations and QC on mail and calls. Also coordinate with their executives.
Role Specifications
Educational Qualification:
- 12 Pass/Diploma or bachelors degree in any field.
Years and type of experience:
- 4 year experience in Automobile field
Technical Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferably if used automobile industry related experience in sales / servicing / workshop etc.
Languages: English Hindi and any local language are preferred.
