Overall Purpose: Act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze document and maintain detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall methodology) or user stories (Agile methodology).
Stakeholder Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding alignment of project goals and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Validation Verification and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Change and Risk Management: Manage changes to requirements/user stories assess their impact on project scope timeline and resources and identify and mitigate related risks.
Project Planning and Continuous Improvement: Assist in project planning activities such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management/user stories processes and tools.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff implements long-term plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Supervisor: No
