Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executiveresponsible for driving inbound and outbound lead generation through digital campaigns LinkedIn marketing targeted email outreach and market intelligence. The role focuses on positioning the company as a trusted recruitment partner across global markets and generating consistent sales-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LinkedIn Marketing (Company Page Personal Branding)

  • Plan and publish 12 strategic posts per month featuring recruitment insights client success stories and talent showcases.
  • Engage daily with HR leaders CXOs and hiring managers in target industries.
  • Strengthen brand positioning for both company and founders through content and engagement.
  • Output:Increased profile visits inbound inquiries and consistent engagement.

2. Outbound Email Campaigns

  • Design and execute segmented email sequences targeting:
  • North America (CPA Engineering IT Firms)
  • Middle East (HR Directors Procurement Heads)
  • Africa (Project Companies)
  • India (Corporate Clients)
  • Manage contact databases in HubSpotand track key metrics (open rate reply rate calls booked).
  • Output:1025 qualified client call leads per week.

3. Website & Landing Page Management

  • Develop and optimize industry-specific landing pages for global recruitment verticals (Accounting Oil & Gas Engineering).
  • Ensure inclusion of CTAs Calendly integration and client case studies.
  • Output:Increased website conversions and lead capture.

4. Market Intelligence & Data Research

  • Conduct weekly research on hiring trends company expansions and contract wins.
  • Identify potential client accounts and share qualified lead lists with the Business Development team.
  • Output:Fresh and actionable lead data weekly.

5. Campaigns & Events

  • Plan and execute monthly webinars or roundtables on recruitment and hiring trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for event promotion via LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Capture and nurture attendee data for future business opportunities.
  • Output:Strengthened market authority and lead generation through thought leadership events.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing & B2B outreach
  • Experience with HubSpotor similar CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Experience in lead generation or recruitment marketingpreferred
