As a Marketing Delivery Associate Senior in Consumer & Community Banking you leverage your expertise in marketing automation to design implement and optimize solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You lead a team of marketing technologists and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver personalized data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including requirements gathering solution design configuration and deployment.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email SMS push notifications social etc.) using Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio and Mobile Studio.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other data sources to enable seamless data flow and personalized customer experiences.
- Oversee data management segmentation and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Marketing Cloud specialists and developers.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in marketing automation.
- Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates new features and industry trends.
- Demonstrate and promote J.P. Morgans leadership values by driving business results setting high standards for execution and fostering a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience designing and executing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Mobile Studio Contact Builder and Audience Builder.
- Experience with AMPscript SQL and scripting languages for dynamic content and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external data sources via APIs.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR CAN-SPAM etc.) and best practices in marketing automation.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Email Specialist Consultant Developer Administrator) strongly preferred.
