Your Role and Impact:
The IAC plays a vital role in providing independent non-partisan advice to the HCRAs Board of Directors on emerging issues in the new home construction sector. As a member youll help support a continuously improving homebuilding industry and strengthen confidence in Ontarios new home marketplace.

The personal information you provide is being collected as authorised by the terms of the New Home Construction Licensing Act 2017 (NHCLA) and the Administrative Agreement between the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) the Minister of Government and Consumer Services (now Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement). The Access and Privacy Code under this Agreement governs the collection use disclosure and retention of this information by the HCRA.
The information will be used to determine your qualifications for employment with the HCRA and is necessary to the HCRAs administration of the NHCLA.
