The Role

Were looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and develop long-term client relationships.

In this consultative sales role youll engage directly with senior decision-makers understand their challenges and showcase how tailored technology solutions can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through calls email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline qualifying leads for the wider team
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Keep CRM systems updated and manage sales activity effectively
  • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover client challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from initial contact through to deal closure

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation
  • Target-driven resilient and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised detail-oriented and proactive
  • Confident using CRM platforms and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious and eager to learn within a supportive high-performance sales environment
