We have an exciting opportunity for a new Outreach Coordinator to join the Oxford SPOT team. Our belief is that rough sleeping is an intrinsically harmful and dangerous activity both for the individual and for the wider community. Therefore we take a proactive and assertive approach to supporting people away from this activity. Our aim is to support people to recover from the effects of rough sleeping and move away from a street lifestyle permanently.
In the Coordinator role you will support the Outreach Manager and oversee the day to day delivery and progress of the Oxford Street Outreach team. You will:
Your normal working hours will be (Mon-Fri). However flexibility is essential to covershifts that may include early mornings nights and weekends to ensure we cansupport our clients when they need us the most.
