Job Summary
As an Event Specialist I here at Honeywell youll be at the forefront of creating memorable and impactful experiences that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing a wide range of events from product launches and trade shows to corporate gatherings and promotional campaigns. By effectively aligning events with our marketing goals youll play a key role in driving brand recognition enhancing customer relationships and ultimately contributing to our marketing success.
In this role you will make an impact through your ability to plan and execute successful events which will not only enhance our brand image but also directly contribute to our marketing success. By creating memorable and engaging experiences you will strengthen our customer relationships drive brand recognition and ultimately help us achieve our marketing objectives. Your meticulous attention to detail and creative touch will ensure that our events leave a lasting impression and serve as powerful marketing tools. Your role is pivotal in our companys journey towards continued growth and success making it a highly valuable position within our organization.
You will report directly to our Sr Director for Customer Marketing and youll work on a Hybrid work schedule. New Hires to Honeywell will need to work onsite fully for the first 90 days.
In this role you will impact our marketing success by contributing to the seamless execution of events which will strengthen our customer relationships and drive brand recognition. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in creating memorable experiences that resonate with our audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events trade shows and other marketing events.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection travel arrangements and event setup.
- Support event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement.
- Travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- 1 years of experience in event management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
- Experience with corporate partnerships
