Were seeking ahigh-performing Associate Attorneywith25 years of experiencein personal injury or civil litigation. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing high-energy legal team with a reputation for excellence collaboration and client success.
What Youll Do
- Handle a full caseload ofpersonal injury and catastrophic injurymatters from filing through resolution.
- Draft and argue motions discovery pleadings and other key litigation documents.
- Conduct and defenddepositions mediations and court appearanceswith confidence and professionalism.
- Strategically evaluate cases and negotiate favorable settlements for clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys paralegals and case managers in a team-driven environment.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients providing compassionate and proactive representation.
What Were Looking For
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 25 years of experiencein personal injury or related civil litigation.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills confident in the courtroom and in negotiation.
- Exceptional attention to detail time management and case organization.
- A team-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve justice.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:$200000 $225000 (based on experience)
