Job Summary

This full-time year-round internship is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Youll begin with core helpdesk responsibilities while gaining exposure to security infrastructure and other exciting areas of technology. A strong candidate is confident tackling computer replacements managing multiple tickets at once and traveling between stores to provide in-person support.

This role is perfect for candidates with curiosity about theMicrosoft ecosystemincluding tools likePower BI Power Automate Flow AI/Copilotand an interest in supporting workflows and automation (experience is a plus but not required).

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • A quick learner with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized with clear documentation habits
  • Interest in IT security infrastructure and automation tools
  • Familiarity or curiosity about Microsoft technologies (Power BI Power Automate AI/Copilot)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for end-users in-person or by phone email or remote tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware software and connectivity issues
  • Assist with VPN setup and remote access troubleshooting
  • Perform basic Active Directory tasks (moves additions changes)
  • Monitor and resolve IT alerts and support tickets promptly
  • Educate our users on applications and best practices
  • Support additional tasks assigned by the Service Desk Manager
