Job Summary

This full-time year-round internship is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Youll begin with core helpdesk responsibilities while gaining exposure to security infrastructure and other exciting areas of technology. A strong candidate is confident tackling computer replacements managing multiple tickets at once and traveling between stores to provide in-person support.
This role is perfect for candidates with curiosity about theMicrosoft ecosystemincluding tools likePower BI Power Automate Flow AI/Copilotand an interest in supporting workflows and automation (experience is a plus but not required).
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- A quick learner with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized with clear documentation habits
- Interest in IT security infrastructure and automation tools
- Familiarity or curiosity about Microsoft technologies (Power BI Power Automate AI/Copilot)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for end-users in-person or by phone email or remote tools
- Troubleshoot hardware software and connectivity issues
- Assist with VPN setup and remote access troubleshooting
- Perform basic Active Directory tasks (moves additions changes)
- Monitor and resolve IT alerts and support tickets promptly
- Educate our users on applications and best practices
- Support additional tasks assigned by the Service Desk Manager
