Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and dynamic Producer specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to join a team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients focusing on commercial accounts with some personal lines.
- Utilize tools such as AMS 360 and Salesforce to manage client accounts and track sales activities.
- Leverage resources to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Attend industry associations and networking events to build a robust client base.
- Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience from entry-level to seasoned professionals.
- Skills: Strong communication relationship-building and organizational skills.
- Technology: Familiarity with AMS 360 and Salesforce is a plus but training will be provided.
- Motivation: A self-starter with a passion for sales and client service.
