ChristianaCare is hiring a Customer Service Specialist/Call Center Representative for our Dental Practice in Wilmington DE.
You would be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt courteous and professional manner. Greeting/assisting patient and visitors in the same manner as receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have prior dental experience as well as the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service is preferred.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:45am - 4:15p
No Holidays or Weekends

Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree preferred
Two years customer service experience call center experience preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.10 - $27.69This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
