The nursing coordinator RN provides care to the residents of the facility.
- Provide basic nursing care such as checking blood pressure inserting catheters and helping comfort patients by performing tasks such as changing and dressing.
- Document accurate and ongoing assessment of patient status: Document patient care including nursing intervention patient response to care provided patient needs problems capabilities limitations and progress toward goals.
