Job Summary
Eagle Bend Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Web Chat Operator to join our team. This role involves providing real-time online support to our customers ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through web chat.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems and determining solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues requiring immediate attention.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient typing speed with excellent grammatical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
