Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales/Brand Manager at our Rola Mahindra dealershipin Malmesbury. The Brand Manager manages the sales business incorporating all the dealerships products and services. This involves attracting and retaining a strong base of satisfied customers by ensuring that a well-motivated and dedicated sales team meets customer expectations. Simultaneously the manager is responsibe for meeting/exceeding the financial objectives of the dealership and its principals

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales manager with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- At least 3 years managerial experience as a sales/brand manager
- Knowledge of the Mahindra vehicle brand
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Valid drivers licence
- Clear criminal record
