Job Summary
You will report directly to our Sr. IT Manager and youll work out in any one of our locations at Bangalore Hyderabad and Madurai on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate IT systems enabling better decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and API technologies.
- Utilize SQL/PL SQL for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
- Create and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formula.
- Implement VBCS for building user-friendly applications and interfaces.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
- 5 years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on Oracle Integrations.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development including REST and SOAP APIs orchestration mapping adapters connectors and API-driven design messaging patterns and application development best practices
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) development including SQL PL/SQL data modeling performance tuning and security.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as Object Storage Functions Events and Notifications
- Experience in creating and managing Oracle HCM Fast Formula and VBCS applications.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Loaders (HSDL HDL ADFDi) Oracle Reports (BIP/OTBI)
