Our Young People
Our learners may present with a range of challenges including eating disorders psychosis low mood and anxiety disorders; often young people may have other diagnoses alongside these they may include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Autism or obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Our Team
You will be working as part of a team of professionals who are dedicated to improving outcomes for learners who are at risk of disadvantage because of their difficulties. You will have a high degree of emotional warmth and resilience coupled with a passion to supporting young people. Successful candidates will have a sound understanding of trauma informed practice alongside experience of supporting the learning of young people who have special educational needs related to social emotional and mental health difficulties.
Our Curriculum
Most learners remain on roll with their home school the aim of our intervention is to support learners to continue their studies so that they remain as closely aligned with their peers as possible. We offer an adaptive curriculum which is personalised for the needs of our learners and teaching takes place in small groups.
