The Position

The Site HR BP serves as a business partner to the site leadership team and a trusted advisor to all employees. The primary purpose of this role is to align HR initiatives with core business objectives to drive operational excellence foster a high-performance culture and ensure a safe engaged and capable workforce. This position need to ensure all the site HR policies and process is compliant to company requirements and local regulations.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partner

  • Delivers value by partnering with senior leaders to develop an HR Year Plan which contributes to the realization of the business/site year plan.
  • The HR Year Plan is based on the Business and Function Strategy and Envaliors People Strategy and contains the structure leadership culture and talent management elements that are critical for the aimed business results.
  • The designed HR Solutions are data driven. Next it contains a deployment plan which includes a change management approach and metrics.
  • Partner with the site MT and departmental managers to understand business goals and operational challenges providing HR insights and solutions taking into consideration items like macro and market developments business plans formation location. cost productivity and capability levels of staff.
  • Develop and execute the site-specific HR agenda that supports the sites strategic plan and global HR strategy.

Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Support the development of initiatives for enhancing workforce effectiveness and coaching line management on people management responsibilities. Key elements are founded on delivering business strategy and Envaliors Culture values. They contain People development initiatives Team development initiatives and individual coaching and feedback.
  • Lead the site succession planning process for critical roles and ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions.
  • Drive the site annual performance management cycle coaching managers on effective goal setting constructive feedback and development planning.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with global TD function to implement programs that enhance site leadership capabilities and Envalior culture oriented behavior.
  • Apply appropriate change management practices to the initiation design and management of organizational change programs. Key elements are support with vision and business case for change impact analysis organizational integration and embedding transition to new ways of working and benefits realization.

Employee Engagement and Envalior Culture

  • Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with employees managers to promote a positive and productive work environment which is in line with Envalior culture.
  • Partner with site MT to implement Employee Engagement survey facilitate the site discussion and identify potential actions.
  • Champion the Envaliors core values and desired culture on the shop floor and within the site. Support MT to develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement morale and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues conducting effective thorough and objective investigations.

Total Reward and Compliance

  • Partner with regional TR to administer and communicate site-wide benefit programs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain impeccable site HR records and ensure all HR practices are audit-ready.


Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years exposures as HRBP or other HR roles in MNC manufacturing background is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree or above specialized in Business Administration or related majorities.
  • Proficient in labor law and local policies solid HR knowledge & skills.
  • Good English and office software skills.
