Position Summary:
Responsible for developing new client relationships through proactive selling and relationship management with a particular focus on non-profit relationship development. The AVP Community Engagement will primarily be responsible for identifying and establishing new non-profit and small business clients. The incumbent will work closely with appropriate internal partners to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and will continually look to deepen both new and existing relationships through referrals to appropriate business line (Business Service Private Banking. Etc.) Candidate will demonstrate strong sales and relationship management skills and an ability to work independently.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop new business private banking and personal relationships with a particular focus on developing non-profit relationships
- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of existing business non-profit relationships
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the community by representing Park Bank at networking events
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- Associates degree or post-secondary classes/degree. Equivalent experience will also be accepted.
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Physical Demands
- Remaining in a stationary position often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists hands and/or fingers.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
