Position Summary
Your role as a Field Operations Manager is to manage the overall operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor productivity quality control performance metrics and safety measures for your team. This role will report to the Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to all Field Operation Managers and Supervisors.
- Manage staffinglevels wages hours contract labor to revenues recruit select train assign schedules coachandtrain field staff
- Work closely with Project Managerand management team to set and/or implement policies procedures processes budgets as well asfollow through with implementation.
- Develop operations systemsenforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for completing work equipment utilizationand equipment/inventory management
- Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulationsandensure that the project safety goals aremetand training is completed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3-5years of experiencein related fieldwith 1-2 years in operations management
- Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment
- Proficient in using current technology; smartphone tablets MS office tools etc.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to walk up to 5 miles or more per day in various terrain and weather conditions
- Must be able to work in confined spaces bend and lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally depending on project location
