Job Summary
Position Overview:
An IT and Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and managing an organizations IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard and Morning Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building IT Park Lahug Cebu City Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware
- Respond to queries either in person over the phone or through email
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software systems network printers and scanners
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
- Provide support for the implementation of new technologies
- Work within a ticketing system to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Graduate of at least 2-Year Associate programs
- 3-6 months of experience in Helpdesk or OJT/internship
- Knowledge and experience in Active Directory
- Basic Networking skills
- Advance computer and software troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in GSuite
- Printer and Scanner Troubleshooting skills
- VOIP experience is a plus
- Basic AWS
- Basic Server Management
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 20000php - 25000php (depending on experience)
- New hire bonus of 5000php
