Join our team as a Senior Engineer and be at the forefront of control system technology in Norway. We are seeking experienced professionals to work in either Asker or Stavanger where you will have the opportunity to work with the most forward-looking companies in the country.
Reporting to the Field Service Manager and providing matrix reporting to the Field Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to work in our Asker or Stavanger Norway location.
In this role you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Honeywell Industrial Control & Safety systems within the energy chemical and manufacturing markets. You will actively participate in engineering implementing configuring integrating and installing Honeywell systems showcasing your expertise in cutting-edge technology.
You will represent Honeywell and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements. Additionally you will play a key role in system upgrades online system changes and the digitalization of customer facilities making a significant impact on their operations. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in engineering implementing configuring integrating and installing Honeywell systems staying at the forefront of control system technology
- Represent Honeywell as a technical resource with the customer ensuring compliance with safety regulations and requirements
- Contribute to system upgrades online system changes and the digitalization of customer facilities driving innovation and efficiency
- Collaborate with the most forward-looking companies in Norway working on cutting-edge projects
Responsibilities
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum bachelors degree in electronics automation cybernetics or computer science
- Masters degree will be an advantage
- Applicants with certification from Automation College or similar may be considered dependent on their experiences
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role working with industrial processes and control systems
- Fluent in English Norwegian with business proficiency is an advantage; any additional Scandinavian language skills will also be an advantage.
