Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are hiring a CNM 3 -Emergency Department for our Hospital in Dublin Ireland.

Permanent / Full-time

Responsibilities

Provide strong professional and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality evidence-based patient care.

Monitor service delivery documentation standards and compliance with JCI/HIQA requirements.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and manage complaints in collaboration with quality and risk teams.

Allocate schedule and supervise nursing and support staff to ensure safe efficient patient flow.

Support clinical staff in patient assessment use of validated tools and adherence to care protocols.

Participate in recruitment staff performance reviews goal-setting and management of HR processes.

Ensure staff training compliance mandatory education and promote a positive team environment.

Oversee student nurse education assess learning needs and support staff professional development.

Maintain a safe clean well-organised unit with effective communication and regular team briefings.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams contribute to hospital committees and provide required reports to senior management.

Requirements

Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

Minimum 5 years post-registration experience including at least 2 recent years in Emergency/Accident & Emergency nursing.

Postgraduate Emergency Nursing qualification at NFQ Level 7 or higher.

Management qualification and/or relevant management experience.

Demonstrated evidence of ongoing professional development.
